Use of materials
Materials in the Open Access Reading Rooms may be used only in the reading rooms.
Closed stack items may be requested for use in the reading rooms. Users may request the maximum of 5 items at a time, i.e., 10 items per day. Closed stack requests are submitted by 19.30 and processed within 45 minutes the same day, or processed the next day if submitted after 19.30. On Saturdays closed stack requests are submitted and processed within 45 minutes by 12.00, or processed the next working day if submitted after 12.00.
Loans
Items from the Open Access Reading Rooms may be borrowed only if there are multiple items available.
