Reference Collection

The Reference Collection contains various encyclopaedias (general and field-specific), dictionaries, biographical dictionaries and manuals, bibliographies (current, retrospective and special), almanacs, yearbooks, directories and address books.

General reference works may be found on the Ground Floor, while specialized works may be accessed along with other materials from specialized fields in the Open Access Reading Rooms (Floors 3 and 4).

Items from the Reference Collection may be accessed only in the Library’s reading room and may not be borrowed.
