The exhibition, which the Library co-organised with the Večernji list daily in partnership with the Kliofest association and Vukovar City Library and which is being held under the auspices of the Government of the Republic of Croatia and with the support of the Croatian Ministry of Culture and Media, is one of two exhibitions currently on view at the Library until 30 November 2021 commemorating the suffering of Vukovar, the other being organised by the Croatian Ministry of Veterans’ Affairs and Croatian Association of Artists and thematising the 1991 tragedy in Vukovar from the perspective of contemporary art (Žrtva Vukovara 1991. u suvremenoj umjetnosti).
