NSK to host SMATH World Café
On 24 April 2019, the National and University Library in Zagreb will host SMATH World Café, a special event that will bring together the representatives of the cultural, creative and business sectors. It will be held in the conference hall on the Library’s mezzanine floor, starting at 10.00.
SMATH World Café is one of the many activities conducted as part of the Smart atmospheres of social and financial innovation for innovative clustering of creative industries in MED area, or SMATH project, funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of The Interreg MED Programme 2014-2020, a transnational EU cooperation programme bringing together countries from the Mediterranean region. The project coordinator for Croatia is Zagreb Innovation Centre, which cooperates with cultural institutions and organisations in the creative sector from Greece, France, Italy, Slovenia and Spain.
The programme of SMATH World Café will include the setting up of the Croatian “creative nest”, a local service provider enabling the realisation of cultural and creative initiatives and projects, and bringing together in this context the business, cultural and creative sectors.
