Starting from 23 November 2020 and owing to the latest developments related to the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, the National and University Library in Zagreb will temporarily discontinue its extended hours services.

Wishing to contribute to as efficient as possible implementation of measures aimed at combating the spread of the epidemic, the National and University Library in Zagreb is currently aligning its work with instructions and guidelines issued by the Croatian Institute of Public Health, Croatian National Emergency Centre, Croatian Ministry of Culture and Media and Croatian Ministry of Science and Education, as a result of which it is currently implementing a special protocol and providing its services under a limited operating regime.

The Library’s users are required to closely follow the Library’s website and its profiles on social networks for all notifications regarding changes in the terms of use of the Library’s services occasioned by the anti-epidemic measures, and strictly abide by them.
