Extended hours services
Monday – Friday 21.00 – 24.00
Extended hours services offer users late hours study facilities between 21.00 and 24.00 in the reading room on the Ground Floor.
How to book a late hours study place?
The service is available only for the registered users of the Library.
Due to a limited number of late hours study places between 21.00 and 24.00, users should apply for places in advance.
Reservations for late hours study places can be made from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 and 19.00:
*in person at the Central Reference Service (the Library’s Information Centre)
*by telephone +385 1 61 64 002
Reservations cannot be made several days in advance, but can only be made on the day that the service is required.

Special rules apply to entrance into the Library building between 21.00 and 24.00 and these are put up at the main entrance. Users entering the Library after 21.00 must register with the Library’s security services and request a key to a cloakroom locker.
After they finish with their extended hours activities and prior to leaving the Library’s building, users are required to return all the Library’s materials that they used to the central lending desk on the ground floor.
