Central Reference Service

The National and University Library in Zagreb (NSK) offers various reference services providing information on the availability and location of specific resources in the Library’s collections.

Users may also learn about specific resources in the Library’s holdings and their availability for use and/or loan by visiting the Library’s website and using the NSK Online Catalogue and Scanned Alphabetical Card Catalogue.

NSK reference services are provided by the members of the Library’s Information Centre and also include the verification of bibliographic sources, providing assistance with the search of the library’s catalogues and secondary sources (bibliographies, guides) as well as with the compiling of lists of bibliographic records related to specific subject areas, subject and retrospective searches and various types of instruction.

NSK Information Centre is located on the Library’s Ground Floor, next to NSK Reference Collection.
