• materials processed within various projects of the National and University Library like for eg. retrospective cataloguing of old books and Croatian publications up to 1940, retroconversion of the bibliography of Croatian Latin authors (materials are not necessarily in the holdings of the Library).

User is asked to look for the information on the rest of holdings in the card catalogue of the National and UniversityLibrary in Zagreb.

Catalogue entries belong to some extent to the Croatian Current Bibliography of Books, Articles and Serials, Croatian Retrospective Bibliography (1835-1940) and the Bibliography of Croatian Latin Authors.

Catalogue is updated by new entries in real time so that a user may find an incomplete record what implies that the item is not available. In this case the user should contact a reference librarian for further information. Networking Libraries' holding materials other than those of the National and University Library are identified by institution codes (codes of participating libraries) List of institution codes characteristic of certain types of materials accompanies individual entries.

Catalogue has two search possibilities: simple search and advanced search. Access points are by keywords, personal name, title and word from the title and language, ISBN; ISSN, NSK- identifier. In advanced search Boolean algebra can be used, as well as HELP and EXAMPLES screens. There are optional search limits by language, bibliographic level, type of record, form of content and the year of publication. Truncation could be done by user. Character set used for searching can be Croatian (Croatian diacritics) or English. All the blue elements of the entry represent hyperlinks enabling catalogue navigation. There are no login or logoff instructions. The system could be accessed 24 hours, seven days a week.
