The Union of Croatian Innovators is inviting everyone interested to this year’s, 15th International Innovation Exhibition ARCA 2017, which will be held from 19 to 21 October at the National and University Library in Zagreb, which also acts as the exhibition’s partner. ARCA 2017 and the accompanying fair will open on 19 October in the Library’s grand lobby, starting at 11.00.
The purpose of the exhibition is to present implementable and useful innovations from Croatia and the rest of the world. This will include innovations developed by individuals, company teams, as well as innovations designed in academic institutions and public institutes. The exhibition programme will also include AGRO ARCA, the fair presenting the latest products, services and technologies in the field of agriculture.

Highlighting the significance of encouraging creativity and innovativeness among the younger population, special criteria geared to specific age requirements will be applied in the evaluation of innovations presented by young innovators. They will also be able to take part in several specially prepared programmes – a workshop focusing on technical innovations and young people (Tehničke inovacije i mladi) and a Raspberry Pi workshop entitled Link to Network (Poveži i umreži).
ARCA 2017 will present individuals and research teams of various national associations from Europe and the rest of the world, i.e. Iran, Lebanon, China, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will present over two hundred innovations from a wide range of fields – from science, technology and electrical engineering, through medicine, agriculture and nutrition, to recreational activities and entertainment.
