    The fee covers admission to all sessions, including one workshop, conference materials (including the proceedings and a CD with presentations), refreshments during coffee breaks, gala dinner.

    Participants presenting products and services are exempt from the conference fee.

    Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing before 1 November 2001.

    For cancellation before 1 November 2001, 80% will be refunded.

    For cancellations after that date there will be no refund.
