Monika Roozen is a strategic business consultant and facilitator, specialised in knowledge management and collaboration. She has worked in international organisations in diverse sectors including telecoms, biosciences and the travel and leisure industries. She has a proven track record of successful implementation of information and knowledge programmes and focussing on exploiting business core competencies, with her credentials further supported by an MBA attained in Oxford, UK. Her passion for knowledge management and collaboration has resulted in generating a solid experience of defining knowledge management strategies; gaining buy-in and motivation for knowledge management across organisations; implementing knowledge and information projects; and measuring and driving value from initiatives. Monika is the founder and director of Knowledge Centrum Ltd, a consultancy helping clients link business strategy to competencies, business processes and knowledge. Her clients have included: Orange, the mobile phone operator; Promar International, UK’s leading specialist in research and consultancy in the agricultural and agri-food sectors; The UK National Health Service; Hilton Group, the international leisure and hotel group; The Barney Tremblay Partnership, a niche personal development consultancy; and Multimedia Plc, Hungary’s leading multim edia and edu-tainment publisher. In 2005 Knowledge Centrum formed a strategic alliance with APQC (a global knowledge management and benchmarking non-profit organisation), to represent the corporation in Europe. In her spare time Monika enjoys scuba diving, sailing and trekking with her family, friends and dog. |
