  • To identity practical tools and techniques for learning before, during and after activities
  • To explore the leadership behaviours required to sustain a knowledge-sharing culture, and approaches which embed knowledge management into daily business.

  • Approach
    Through a combination of examples, stories and practical exercises, the participants will learn about and experience leading knowledge management tools and techniques, conducting a self-assessment “healthcheck” on their own organisations to assist in action planning, and working in groups to improve performance.
