 LECTURERS
     Chris Collison
is a recognized expert in knowledge management   and an experienced practitioner in the   leadership and implementation of organizational   change from a people perspective.
As a best-selling author and advisor he has   presented to audiences at business schools and   at conferences around the world, and is a   regular contributor to specialist knowledge   management publications.

     Monika Roozen

She is the founder and   director of Knowledge Centrum Ltd., a   consultancy helping clients link business   strategy to competencies, business processes   and knowledge. In 2005 Knowledge Centrum has   formed a strategic alliance with APQC - a global   knowledge management and benchmarking   organization, non-profit and USA based, to   represent the corporation in Europe.

 WORKSHOP OUTLINE
In today's knowledge economy the value of intellectual capital is critical. Successful development of techniques and processes for effective capturing, collecting, sharing, transfering, exploiting and, in one word, managing corporate knowledge will surely lead to a company's competitive advantage in today's and future markets.
2005 is the 5th year of the CROinfo series of conferences. In the past years conferences successfully delivered many interesting lectures on various KM-related issues - from KM best practices and case studies to KM IT solutions, lecturers being from EU and USA, and participants from Croatia and other countries - Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, etc.
This year's CROinfo is moving another step ahead and will be held in the form of two workshops in order to enable its participants hands-on experience of KM.
That is why the Organizing Committee of CROinfo2005 has engaged two well established KM professionals from UK - Monika Roozen, constultant from APQC, inter-nationally recognized non-profit organization that provides expertise in benchmarking and best practice research, and Chris Collison, in late 90's member of British Petroleum's acclaimed KM team, author of KM bestseller "Learning to fly" and today among the world's best recognized experts and consultants in the field of knowledge and change management.
CROinfo2005 is a completely non-for-profit event organized by a group of enthusiasts. In order to ensure the right atmosphere for the workshop the number of participants has been limited to 30.
